In November 2019 soon after The World Economic Forum and The Bill And Melinda Gates Foundation held The Event 201 exercise to address a hypothetical global pandemic scenario which pointed to Coronaviruses as risks… the words “Global Threat”, “Global Capacity For Preparedness”, “Global Development” and “International Health Regulations” began becoming more common. 

Soon after a brand-new technology… Messenger Ribonucleic Acid (mRNA) began to be used in Phase 1 Clinical Trials. This technology became the mainframe platform of the COVID-19 Gene Therapy Countermeasure. A shot that has 1.7 Million and counting Adverse Events Reported: including myocarditis, neurological disabilities, miscarriages, and death. 

With the onset of COVID in 2020 there were many within Oklahoma: doctors, nurses, military service members, parents, grand-parents, concerned citizens who were questioning:

• Why was early treatment for COVID being denied? No antibiotics or inhalers the only  care instructions were simply to go home and seek emergency care at the hospital if symptoms worsened. 
• When had we ever denied natural immunity after people recovered from a viral infection?
• Why were medications known to fight malaria and auto-immune diseases being demonized? 

The Lancet even wrote an article that had to be retracted because they published a completely fake study that was used to discredit hydroxychloroquine. And even though Ivermectin was listed by the National Institutes of Health as Approved for the Treatment of COVID-19” patients were refused the use in the hospital.

It was mid 2020 when word came out that a drug named Remdesivir was approved by Dr. Fauci to treat Covid as an inpatient hospital protocols. 

This same drug was used by Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Ralph Baric for the Ebola Clinical Trials in the Congo and was removed from the trial because it had a high lethality rate of greater than 50% death rate, 20% increase in Kidney failure, and increased Multi organ failure.

This drug Remdesivir was also reported by a Department of Defense (DOD) whistleblower, and reported by JM Phelps to be  used on military service members through the DOD in Clinical trials back in March 2020 prior to the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) initiation and the death rate this time was 64%. But Dr. Fauci for the use in the  COVID Hospital Protocols, which is still being administered today. 

Fast forward to January 2022, Senator Ron Johnson hosted a COVID-19 Misinformation US Senate Hearing where he had Dr. Marik speak and a bombshell was released …The COVID Hospital Protocols were being incentivized. Dr. Marik testified: 

• Payments were given for PCR testing
• Payments were given for COVID admission
• Payments were given for a positive COVID diagnosis
•  20% Bonus payments on total hospital bill were made for administration of Remdesivir 
•  Bonuses were paid out for ventilation of the patient
• Bonus if cause of death was listed as COVID. 

This was confirmed by Stella Paul a Brownstone author who lost her husband in a locked down nursing home in New York City where he had been isolated for almost a year.

Soon Oklahomans who lost their loved ones and some that survived the Covid Hospital Protocols began speaking about what they witnessed and experienced in the hospital. 

• Patients were isolated from family, friends, and loved ones. No one was allowed to visit or enter the hospital to advocate for the admitted patients. 

• Patients were isolated: from priest and clergy also 
• Patients were denied hydration and nutrition
• There was a discrimination based on vaccine status with every recorded posted as Unvaccinated in big red letters
• Loved ones were denied access to their family and friends even at the time of death 
• Informed consent regarding medications, treatments, intubation was not provided or documented
• There was a lack of basic care: hygiene, grooming, bathing, linen changes
• Families discovered Pressure sores, skin tears, and necrosis…some discovered broken facial bones (probably from intubation) when they were burying their loved ones
• And medical records have told a tale of dehumanization, neglect, and an account of wrongdoing…crimes against humanity   

In 2022 the voices of those who had been Standing Up for Medical Freedom and Speaking Out against Medical Tyranny and those who were engaged with other groups like the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation came together and the OK Defenders of Meical Freedom was formed. 

In October of 2024 State Rep JJ Humphrey opened a Covid Response study. Our group brought in Medical and Legal experts like Dr. David Martin, Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, Warner Mendenhall, Kevin Mckernan, Rachel Rodriquez and others. They outlined education and evidence regarding the impact of Remdesivir… as well mRNA technology. They highlighted the over-broad protections to manufactures and others under the PREP ACT and National Childhood Vaccine Injury ACT…and they reviewed the conduction of biological weapon development (Gain of Function) that was done in 2013 to 2014 at NC Chapel Hill under the direction of Dr. Anthony Fauci. 

From this study a legal brief was written by Rachel Rodriquez and the Vires Law Group and submitted to our Attorney General Getner Drummond this last November outlining the crimes committed during the COVID pandemic and requesting Criminal Investigations be Opened and Prosecutions occur on behalf of the men and women of Oklahoma who have come forward submitting letters requesting action.   

Our request is a standard state criminal procedures and the statutory basis for investigation includes RIOC Charges. It is a pivotal, essential, vital, and crucial action that we have been preparing for, for years. And now we have a real opportunity to obtain accountability and justice for those who lost their loved ones, or have survived with residual complications. 

Since then, Getner Drummond has sent letters from his Constituent Office stating:

The Attorney General is unaware of any state law charges that could be filed consistent with Supremacy Clause Immunity.

Our Group is submitting this LETTER to the Attorney General on behalf of Oklahoma citizens Demanding An Investigation into the COVID-19 Criminal Enterprise and the Related Hospital Protocols. Based on the evidence presented.
